The band celebrate the festive period with releases ahoy and a very special show...

BENT have announced details of two new singles and an exclusive, Christmas-themed live show entitled 'BENT XMAS'.

The first release, an EP, 'Music for Barbecues' is released through Sport Recordings on December 11 and contains brand new, exclusive tracks written following the release of their critically acclaimed debut album, 'Programmed To Love' in June. Extra tracks include 'K.i.s.s.e.s', 'Exercise 2', 'Duke Thing' and 'People'.

The EP will be followed by a new single, 'Swollen', at the end of January.

The track, which features on the band's album and was played live at the Ericsson Muzik Awards, will be remixed by The Beloved, Rollo from Faithless' Dusted project, Tim 'Love' Lee and legendary New York DJ and producer Francois K.

Bent are also confirmed to play live at the Talk Of London club on Drury Lane on December 7. Doors are at 9pm, and tickets are £10.

The entry price also includes the cost of an exclusive Bent Christmas goodie bag. The band are joined by DJ Rob Da Bank. The gig will be the band's first headline live show in London following a short tour which also saw them play the Bugged Out! Weekender in Prestatyn.
