Beyonce's husband Jay-Z has said that his wife is not pregnant, despite the rumours.

The hip-hop star apparently told Ebro Darden, of Stateside radio station Hot 97, that Beyonce was not expecting, after he sent him a congratulatory email. "Jay-Z emailed Ebro over the weekend and told him that the pregnancy rumour is false," they said. "I hit him to say congratulations… It's not true, the news is worse than blogs," said Darden.

Even so, Beyonce added to her pregnancy rumours by having dancers push two prams out onstage during her live show in Zurich, Switzerland over the weekend. During her performance of 'Grown Woman', two dancers appeared onstage with prams, according to Entertainment Wise. The singer could have meant the gesture to be a joke however, as the 'Love On Top' singer also posted a message on Instagram aimed at people who have been gossiping about her.

The message has since been deleted, however the Daily Mirror states it read: "I can't stop the rumors from starting, and I can't really change peoples minds who believe them, all I can do is sit back and laugh at these low life people who have nothing better to do than talk about me."

Rumours began when she wore a loose fitting gown to the Met Gala in New York and continued when she cancelled a show in Antwerp, Belgium last week because of doctor's orders. E! Online also reported that 'multiple sources' confirmed the pregnancy.

The singer is currently mid-way through her Mrs Carter Show world tour, which is due to finish in New York on August 5. Beyonce gave birth to her and Jay-Z's first child, Blue Ivy, on January 7, 2012.
