Orbital, Friendly Fires and Basement Jaxx announced for Big Chill 2009
Tickets for the festival go on sale today (December 1)
The Big Chill has announced the first wave of bands set to play the festival next summer (August 7-9).
As previously reported, Orbital will play their first gig since 2004 at the event, and other bands confirmed include Friendly Fires, Basement Jaxx and Calexico.
Norman Jay, Pharaoh Sanders and Ludovico Einaudi are also on the bill, with more acts to be announced in the coming months.
Tickets for the festival, which takes place at Ledbury, Herefordshire, go onsale today (December 1).
