Black Eyed Peas mainman launches label

Black Eyed Peas mainman Will.I.Am has started his own record label.

In collaboration with A&M/Interscope his label, will.i.am music, is set to release their debut offering ‘Timeless’, by Sergio Mendes, on February 14.

The rapper, who is currently working with Justin Timberlake on his new album, is planning future releases from the likes of Macy Gray and the solo debut from Black Eyed Peas singer and colleague Fergie.

Will.I.Am is also working on his solo debut, which he plans to release in 2007.
