Travis Barker, the former Blink-182 drummer has settled a lawsuit with an energy drink company that used his picture without his authorisation to promote the product.
Barker sued Rockstar Energy Drink after the brand published a photo of Barker "holding a can of one of Rockstar's beverages, and identifying him and his endorsement by name" said the suit.
It was not revealed how much the settlement was worth after an agreement was reached on Friday in Los Angeles Superior Court, and Barker's lawyer, Gregory Weisman, told the Associated Press that both parties are still working out terms.
