Pop-punks are still in mourning over friend's death

Blink-182 postpone four more shows following DJ AM's death
Blink-182 have postponed four more US live shows following the death of collaborator and friend DJ AM.

The DJ, real name Adam Goldstein, was found dead in his New York apartment on August 28.

Following Goldstein's death, Blink-182 cancelled a gig at New York's Saragota Performing Arts Centre on August 31.

A statement on the band's website, Blink182.com, confirmed that the band have rescheduled gigs at St Louis' Verizon Wireless Amphitheater and Cleveland's Blossom Music Center, now set to take place on September 29 and 30 respectively.

The Cleveland show had been scheduled to take place tonight (2), while the St Louis gig was originally set for tomorrow night (3).

To accommodate that change, two further shows, at Charlotte's Verizon Wireless Amphitheatre and Atlanta's Aaron's Amphitheatre at Lakewood have also been moved. They will take place on October 6 and 7 respectively.

The Charlotte show had originally been set for October 1, while the Atlanta gig had been set for September 29.

All original tickets to the rescheduled shows are still valid.

Blink-182 are due to restart their tour on September 4, playing Kansas City's Sandstone Amphitheater.

In September 2008 he and Blink-182 drummer Travis Barker were the only two survivors after a plane they were travelling in crashed during take-off in North Carolina.
