Blink-182 have announced that they will be premiering their comeback single 'Up All Night' on Friday (July 15).

The trio, who have now completed work on their first studio album in eight years, will post the track on their official website at 3.30pm (BST), which is 7.30am in their native California.

'Up All Night' was first mentioned as a possible new single back in 2009, when the trio hinted that they may debut it live on their early comeback tour, but ultimately decided not to.

According to a recent blog from bassist Mark Hoppus, the band's sixth studio album is set to be released later this summer and though the band themselves have chosen a title, they are not revealing what it is just yet. They tour North America next month with My Chemical Romance.

Check back to NME.COM on Friday to hear the track and read fan reactions to it.
