Bloc Party have revealed details of the follow-up to this year's debut 'Silent Alarm'.

The band are hoping to release their second LP at the end of next summer and plan to start recording in February 2006.

The group have revealed that two tracks with the working titles of ‘Hunting For Witches’ and ‘The War’s Not Over’ are likely to feature.

“We’ve tried out producing with Ben Hillier, but there’s nothing definite yet,” bassist Gordon Moakes told NME.COM.

He added: “There’s a bunch of songs that we’ve already demoed and stuff we play in soundchecks which are becoming more solid. We’re keen to get back into our space in January and finish writing the record.”
