Band also to play T In The Park and Glastonbury
Bloc Party have confirmed themselves for three of the summer’s major festivals.
The band will play the Carling Weekend: Reading And Leeds Festivals, T In The Park and Glastonbury.
Speaking to BBC 6Music, bassist Gordon Moakes revealed the band’s plans for the summer, saying “I don’t know which ones have been announced from which ones haven’t, but I know we’re playing T In The Park. I think we’re playing Reading Festival and Glastonbury, so I think we’ll be ever-present over the summer.”
The band end their cureent UK jaunt at Sheffield Octagon tonight (February 22).
