Bloc Party cancel US festival appearance
Ultra Music Festival slot pulled due to illness

Bloc Party were forced to cancel their performance at the Ultra Music Festival in Miami yesterday (March 28).
Singer Kele Okereke contracted viral pharyngitis, which is an inflammation of the throat.
In a statement on blocparty.com, the band apologised to fans over the cancellation.
"Kele has contracted viral pharyngitis and is unable to perform today at the Ultra Music Festival in beautiful Miami, FL.
"We send our heartfelt apologies to all our fans and the Ultra Music Festival organizers. We hope to return to Miami, FL, at our earliest opportunity," they said.
Crystal Castles, The Prodigy and The Ting Tings were among the other bands on the bill at the two day festival.
