Bloc Party announce UK autumn tour dates and ticket details

Bloc Party have announced plans for a full UK tour in October.

The London four-piece, who will make their comeback with three shows kicking off this week at Glasgow Garage tomorrow (June 18), have lined up eight dates for the jaunt.

The shows will take in dates in various cities including Glasgow and Manchester but there is no date lined up in London.

They will play:

Newcastle O2 Academy (October 12)
Leeds O2 Academy (13)
Glasgow, O2 Academy (14)
Birmingham O2 Academy (15)
Southampton Guildhall (17)
Bristol O2 Academy (18)
Manchester WHP (19)
Cambridge Corn Exchange (20)

The band are due to release 'FOUR' their first album since 2008 on August 20. It has been produced by Death Cab For Cutie/The Mars Volta knob twiddler Alex Newport.
