Bloc Party, Two Door Cinema Club and Kasabian are among the artists who feature on the in-game soundtrack to the forthcoming FIFA 13 console game.

50 artists from 12 different countries are represented on the game, with Kasabian featuring for a fourth time on the EA Sports franchise. Their first appearance was on FIFA 2004, when they contributed 'LSF (Lost Souls Forever)', in 2009 they offered up 'Fast Fuse' and last year they gave 'Switchblade Smiles' to the soundtrack.

Also featuring the game's soundtrack are Deadmau5 and My Chemical Romance's collaboration 'Professional Griefers', Metric, Passion Pit, Crystal Fighters, Wretch 32, The Enemy, Django Django, Madeon, Hadouken!, Flo Rida, Ladyhawke and over 20 other acts.

Speaking about the soundtrack, Steve Schnur, worldwide executive of Music and Marketing at game makers Electronic Arts, said: "Our FIFA soundtracks are yearly opportunities to showcase a global roster of breakthrough artists from multiple genres. For FIFA 13, we wanted to take that excitement to the next level by adding major star power, top indie acts, and more songs than ever before."

FIFA 13 will be released on September 25 in North America and on September 28 worldwide. You can watch a trailer for FIFA 13 at the top of the page.
