Blondie and The Stranglers added to Summer Pops bill
Punk legends join Counting Crows and Def Leppard in Liverpool
Blondie and The Stranglers have been added to the line-up for this year's Summer Pops event in Liverpool.
The punk legends will team up on July 22 at the festival, which runs throughout the month at the city's Echo Arena.
Other artists scheduled for the event include Diana Ross, Jools Holland And His Rhythm And Blues Orchestra and Meat Loaf.
More acts are to be announced over the coming weeks, but the line-up currently includes:
