The video for Blood Red Shoes' new single 'Speech Coma' has been banned by MTV.

The NSFW, black and white promo, which you can view by scrolling down, depicts a singer bleeding to death whilst performing on stage. Speaking about the video, frontwoman Laura-Mary Carter has commented: "With 'Speech Coma' we wanted the video to represent the unsettling nature of the song. We liked the idea of it being gory, weird and unnerving". 'Speech Coma' is released on June 2.

The band, who recently released their self-titled fourth album, are about to tour the UK. The Brighton duo will hit the road with DZ Deathrays and Slaves as rotating main support acts. The 10-date tour will begin in Nottingham on April 22 and run through to May 2 with a gig at Leeds Cockpit. Scroll down for full details and ticket information.
