The line-up for the Portuguese edition of Primavera festival, Optimus Primavera Sound, has been announced.

Previously announced headliners Blur will be joined by Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds, My Bloody Valentine, Grizzly Bear and The Breeders, from May 30 – June 1 in the Parque da Cidade in Porto.

James Blake, Explosions In The Sky, Dinosaur Jr., Dead Can Dance, Rodriguez, Deerhunter, Dan Deacon, Fidlar, Fuck Buttons, Fucked Up, Liars, Local Natives, Meat Puppets, Melody’s Echo Chamber, Swans, Neko Case, Metz, Shellac, Merchandise, Glass Candy, Daniel Johnston and more, will also play the event.

Primavera Sound will take place in Barcelona, Spain, the previous weekend, from May 22-25.

As well as Blur, the coastal festival will also see sets from Wu-Tang Clan, My Bloody Valentine, The Knife and Nick Cave And The Bad Seeds as well the newly reformed The Postal Service, who will also be appearing at Coachella in California in April.

The festival is situated on the outskirts of Barcelona at the Parc Del Forum. Other bands on the bill include Phoenix, Fiona Apple, Band of Horses, Deerhunter, The Jesus and Mary Chain, James Blake, Dead Can Dance, Animal Collective, Grizzly Bear, Tinariwen and Rodriguez.

Daniel Johnston, Dinosaur Jr, Hot Chip, Swans, Shellac, Hot Snakes, Bob Mould, John Talabot, Disclosure, Solange, Death Grips, Jessie Ware, Liars, Local Natives, Crystal Castles and Fuck Buttons are also playing, as are The Breeders, who will be performing their album 'Last Splash'.
