The Blur singer runs through tracks from his recent 'Mali Music' LP in a London record store...

BLUR star DAMON ALBARN is to showcase tracks from his 'MALI MUSIC' album in a LONDON record store.

As previously reported, in July 2000 Albarn travelled to Mali and recorded what was to become 'Mali Music' with local musicians. The album was released earlier in the year to raise money for Oxfam.

Now, Albarn and collaborator Afel Boucoum will be at Tower Records in Piccadilly Circus on May 28 from 6pm, performing acoustic tracks from 'Mali Music'.

The pair will also sign copies of the album.
