Anti-war graffiti artist BANKSY has designed the cover of the new BLURalbum 'THINK TANK'.

The artwork features a couple trying to kiss whilst wearing underwater helmets. The cover for the band's last album, 1999's '13', was designed by ex-guitarist Graham Coxon, who left Blurduring the recording of the latest album.

Banksy has become infamous through his use of philosophical stencil and graffiti work that targets war, social barriers and prejudice. The artist's website at banksy.co.uk carries the statements 'Weapons of Mass Disruption' and 'A wall is just as good a place to publish as anywhere else.'

The video for the first single to be taken from the album - 'Out of Time' - features a fly-on-the-wall clip shot on a US Navy warship in the Gulf. Damon Albarn has become one of the most outspoken British musicians against the war, also financing several protest adverts in NME.

'Think Tank' is released on May 5, with the single 'Out Of Time' preceding it on April 14.
