Bob Dylan unveils US dates
A string of dates have been unveiled for the forthcoming out by Bob Dylan, including a show at the Bandshell in Prospect Park, Brooklyn.

The jaunt will see Dylan make a tour of mostly casinos and amphitheatres, and the last date so far confirmed is September 9 at the Santa Barbara Bowl.

As previously reported, in an recent interview with The Times, Dylan said that Democratic Presidential candidate Barack Obama is redefining politics, saying:

"America is in a state of upheaval. Poverty is demoralising. You can't expect people to have the virtue of purity when they are poor.

"But we've got this guy out there now who is redefining the nature of politics from the ground up – Barack Obama. He's redefining what a politician is, so we'll have to see how things play out."
