Museum hosts reggae-themed events
Highlights include a discussion entitled 'Rastafari and Reggae: A Marriage Made in Jamaica', an evening of reggae cinema, a reggae brunch featuring Carlos Jones and the PLUS Band, and a discussion led by Chris Blackwell, the founder of Island Records, who championed reggae superstar Bob Marley and several other legendary artists including Nick Drake and Cat Stevens.
Concluding the Black History Month events will be a performance by reggae legend Toots Hibbert and a subsequent discussion.
The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Museum is located in Cleveland, Ohio. Most events are free and open to the public, but space must be reserved.
