Bombay Bicycle Club have announced they'll be headlining a charity gig in London next month in aid of torture victims.

The band will be playing at London's KOKO venue on December 22 as part of 'Freedom From Torture Presents…', a three-week-long festival which starts on December 2.

The 'Shuffle' group will be supported on the night by Trophy Wife and Dan Croll, as they show their support and raise money for the Freedom From Torture charity, who work in caring for the victims of torture and organised violence.

Bombay Bicycle Club's headline performance is the climax of a series of gigs and events the charity has organised in Manchester and London to coincide with the International Human Rights Day, which takes place on December 10.

Speaking about the gig, Bombay Bicycle Club front man Jack Steadman said: "We are really pleased to be part of this festival to support victims of torture and raise awareness of Freedom from Torture’s incredible work."

For more information on the charity, the festival and ticket details go to the Freedom From Torture website.
