He says he has 'commitments'

Boy George has cancelled his entire forthcoming UK tour.

The jaunt was due to begin on October 2 in Clyde’s Auditorium.

However, according to a statement on Iamboygeorge.com he said: “It is with regret that Boy George’s October live dates will be cancelled until further notice. This is due to various other "last minute" commitments which unfortunately now clash with the UK dates.

George would like to personally apologise to his fans and hopes to see you again very soon. Thank you for you continued support.”

His European DJ gigs will go ahead as planned. He will DJ at London’s Turnmills on August 24.

Ticket holders are asked to contact their point of purchase for refunds.
