Boy George has been sent for trial charged with falsely imprisoning a male escort by chaining him to a wall.
The offence is alleged to have taken place at his home in Ravey Street in east London on April 28.
The singer spoke at Thames Magistrates' Court on Thursday (November 22) only to confirm his name and date of birth.
The pop icon will stand trial at Snaresbrook Crown Court on 25 February 2008, and was released on conditional bail in the meantime, reports BBC News.
