Long Island rockers line up eight shows for next year

Brand New announce 2012 UK tour - ticket details
Brand New have announced a new UK tour for early 2012.

The Long Island band, who were last in the UK in January 2010 for a one-off date at London's Wembley Arena, will play eight shows in February next year.

These begin in Bristol at the O2 Academy on February 8 and end on February 17, when the band headline Cardiff's Great Hall venue.

The band have spent the past few months working on the follow-up to their 2009 fourth album 'Daisy', but they have not indicated whether this tour is in support of a new release or if they intend to debut any new material in their live set.

Brand New will play:

O2 Academy Bristol (February 8)
Manchester Academy (9)
Southampton Guildhall (10)
London Camden Roundhouse (11)
O2 Academy Glasgow (14)
O2 Academy Birmingham (15)
O2 Academy Newcastle (16)
Cardiff Great Hall (17)

Tickets go on sale on Friday (September 16) at 9am (GMT). To check the availability of Brand New tickets and get all the latest listings, go to NME.COM/TICKETS now, or call 0871 230 1094.
