Dizzee Rascal named British Male Solo Artist at Brit Awards 2010
Bow-born rapper takes the gong at the London ceremony

Dizzee Rascal was named British Male Solo Artist at the Brit Awards 2010 in London tonight (February 16).
The Bow-born rapper received his award from actor Andy Serkis to massive cheers from the crowd.
After collecting his prize, voted for by the Brit Academy, the rapper said: "It's about time as well! Wanna thank the family, big up the [his record label] Dirtee Stank family!"
The acts nominated for British Male Solo Artist were:

Dizzee Rascal
Mika
Paolo Nutini
Robbie Williams
