British Sea Power
The band are last minute additions to weekend bash
British Sea Power have been confirmed at the last minute to headline the Tin Pan Alley Festival on July 16.
The Brighton band have stepped into the breach, and will headline the free event held in Denmark Street, London.
The event, which takes place between 11am and 9pm, is being held in aid of homeless charity Shelter, and features the likes of Bromheads Jacket, Vincent Vincent & the Villains and The Holloways.
“We are hoping to channel the ghost of the Sex Pistols from their old Denmark Street rehearsal room,” explained British Sea Power of their addition to the bill. “We’ll also invite Elton John to guest - in memoriam of his time as tea-boy at Mills Music.”
