British Sea Power get choral at Glastonbury

British Sea Power attempted to claim the record for most collaborators on Glastonbury's John Peel Stage this afternoon (June 28).

With flags draped across their stage and - as with recent gigs - bolstered by a violinist and trumpeter, the Brighton band recruited a choir for their set.

Welcomed onstage three songs in, members of the London Bulgarian Choir sang a short unaccompanied interlude before joining the band on an epic version of 'No Flags'.

Later during the set, which saw members of the audience brandish foliage, there were loud chants of 'easy' before the band played 'No Luicfer', while the likes of 'Spirit Of St Louis' and 'Remember Me' also had the audience dancing around.

Finishing with 'Lights Out For Darker Skies', guitarist Noble climbed the stage's rigging before diving head first into the front row of the audience.
