Britney Spears enters rehab again
Newly-shaven star seeks treatment for third time in a week
Britney Spears has entered rehab for the third time in a week.
The troubled star’s manager Larry Rudolph has confirmed the star is back in the Promises centre in Malibu, where she already spent a short spell earlier this week.
The news means a court hearing involving Spears and her estranged husband Kevin Federline has been cancelled, reports BBC News.
Federline was due to appear at an emergency hearing in a family law court on Thursday (February 21) before it was called off by Rudolph.
It was not known what the court hearing was about, but the estranged pair are in dispute over custody of their two young children.
The couple currently have joint custody under a temporary court order.
Spears is thought to have entered a rehabilitation centre in the Caribbean last week but left after just one day.
The singer then infamously shaved her head and visited a tattoo parlour when back in Los Angeles.
US media then reported she had gone into the Promises rehabilitation centre earlier this week, but again left shortly afterwards.
