Britney Spears has completed her rehab programme at Promises Malibu Treatment Center and has left the facility.
It is not known exactly when Spears departed.
Her manager Larry Rudolph said she had “been released by the Promises Malibu Treatment Center after successfully completing their programme”.
Spears checked into facility on February 21 after increasingly erratic behaviour that coincided with a divorce battle and focus on her stalled career.
In the week leading up to her stay, the singer spent less than a day at Eric Clapton’s Crossroads rehab in Antigua. She then returned to Los Angeles where she tearfully shaved her head, went to Promises on February 20, left the next morning but returned later that day.
The minimum stay for most centres is 30 days. Promises founder Richard Richard Rogg said that the usual stay in the facility is 45 days, reports Reuters.
