Britney Spears signs divorce settlement
It's waiting for a judge's approval
Britney Spears has agreed a divorce settlement with her estranged husband Kevin Federline.
As previously reported Spears completed her rehab programme at Promises Malibu Treatment Center last week.
A spokesperson for Federline said: “The parties signed a global settlement on all issues of their marriage and the custody of the children.”
A judge is set to approve the settlement for the divorce to become final, reports BBC News.
The couple, who married in September 2004, have two children together and share custody under a temporary court order.
