Kevin Federline summons Britney’s pal
Britney Spears’ assistant Alli Simms has been subpoenaed to make a statement by Spears’ former husband Kevin Federline.
Although it is not clear what exactly Simms will be requested to discuss, Federline’s lawyer Mark Vincent Kaplan told the Associated Press that it is “in connection with the – Kevin Federline issue” and that Simms is “believed to have relevant information”.
A child custody heating is scheduled for tomorrow (August 14) which pertains to Federline’s recent bid for primary physical custody of his children with Spears – 22-month old Sean Preston and 10-month old Jayden James.
Spears and Federline finalised their divorce on July 30.
