Los Angeles Police Department confirm incident is being investigated
Britney Spears allegedly ran over a policeman’s foot on Friday (November 2).
According to reports, Spears was leaving her custody hearing in Los Angeles, while the policeman was attempting to help the singer exit the court.
The hearing was held after Spears and her ex-husband Kevin Ferderline requested changes in the orders pertaining to their current custody arrangements.
Los Angeles Superior Court Commission Scott Gordon delayed ruling until tomorrow (November 6).
He decided that the singer had not made sufficient progress to warrant major changes to her arrangement with Federline.
It is not known if charges will be pressed by the Los Angeles Police Department over the foot incident - however, they did confirm the incident was being investigated, reports MTV News.
