Britney Spears must pay K-Fed’s legal fees
Pop star is forced to foot the bill for her ex
Britney Spears has been ordered to pay her ex-husband’s legal fees.
A Los Angeles Superior Court Commissioner ruled that because she earns significantly more than Kevin Federline, she must cover $120,000 of his court costs associated with the custody of their two sons.
According to court documents released last week, Spears earns roughly $737,000 per month and spends lavishly on clothing and entertainment, while Federline earns nothing, reports the Associated Press.
Spears pays Federline $15,000 per month in child support and $20,000 in spousal support.
Federline currently has temporary custody of their children.
