Paparazzi arrested for chasing Britney Spears
They are accused of reckless driving
Four paparazzi were arrested in Los Angeles yesterday (January 16) and charged with reckless driving for chasing Britney Spears' car.
The photographers were accused of trailing the pop star's vehicle too closely at unsafe speeds and making several dangerous lane changes.
Los Angeles police lieutenant Mario Munoz told the Associated Press that officers observed several cars following a white Mercedes-Benz around 11:30 pm yesterday in Mission Hills, California.
They then stopped the Mercedes to interview the driver, Spears, and verify her license before arresting the photographers.
