Crackdown sees four cameramen arrested

Paparazzi arrested shooting Britney Spears, Lindsay Lohan

Four photographers were arrested last night in Los Angeles as part of stricter regulations in following celebrities.

Two snappers were part of a throng that were following Britney Spears as she had her hair done at a salon while a further two were arrested later.

The arrests were for “misdemeanor violations of obstructing a public walkway” according to Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department spokesman Steve Whitmore.

David Tonnessen and Christian Shostoe were arrested in front of West Hollywood's B2V Hair Salon, after they refused to disassemble from the entrance.

In the early hours of Wednesday morning, photographers Christopher Gonzalez and Vagn Rauch, were arrested in front of Villa nightclub, while waiting for actress Lindsay Lohan to emerge.
