Restraining order against Britney Spears' manager extended
Sam Lufti must steer clear of the pop star
A judge has extended the restraining order against Britney Spears' friend and sometimes manager Sam Lufti.
After three weeks of apparently evading the service, Lufti was served the restraining order papers yesterday (February 21), only a day before the temporary order was due to expire.
As a result, US District Court Judge Philip Gutierrez extended the restraining order against Lutfi until a March 17 hearing on the matter, reports the Associated Press.
The order requires Lufti to stay 250 yards away from Spears and her home.
Spears' mother, Lynne, requested the temporary restraining order, alleging that Lufti held her daughter hostage in her own home, gave her drugs and took control of her finances.
