Kevin Federline and the singer agree a deal
Britney Spears is set to be given access to her two sons, after agreeing a deal with her ex-husband.
Although the exact custody details arranged are unknown, Spears and Kevin Federline have agreed that the current ruling denying the singer access to Sean Preston and Jayden James, aged two and one respectively, should be overturned.
Federline’s lawyer, Mark Vincent Caplan, explained that visits would be taking place in the immediate future.
Caplan stated: “The process of reinstating the children’s mother as a participant in their lives can commence.”
Federline has had sole custody of the children since January 4, when Spears refused to return them to him and subsequently spent time in hospital.
