Britney Spears cut from Pussycat Dolls video
Singer won't appear in clip after all
Britney Spears' cameo in the new Pussycat Dolls video has been left on the cutting room floor, and no reason has yet been given.
As previously reported, Spears shot her 'blink and you'll miss it' scene for the song 'When I Grow Up' recently (June 4) in Los Angeles, but has been axed from the final cut.
According to MTV.com, the Pussycat Dolls did not comment on the exclusion of Spears during filming of the Pete Wentz show 'FNMTV', and a spokesperson for the group was also unreachable for comment.
Spears recently made a foray into acting and appeared in two episodes of 'How I Met Your Mother'.
The singer's cameo was so well-received that there are now rumours of a possible Emmy nomination.
