Britney Spears to regain legal control of her estate
Conservatorship set to end in November
Britney Spears is on course to regain control of her life when her father Jamie Spears seeks to review his conservatorship over her estate.
The conservatorship has been in effect since February 2008 and means that Britney has the rights of a child, with her father overseeing every aspect from curfew to finances.
Jamie Spears can not ask the judge to end the conservatorship, just to review it. It is then up to the judge if it comes to an end or not, reports TMZ.
It is believed that November is the soonest Jamie Spears can apply for the review, as all the businesses involved in the outing were assured he would be in charge for the whole tour.
