BRITNEY SPEARS has been announced as host of the
AMERICAN MUSIC AWARDS on January 8 at the famous LOS
ANGELES SHRINE AUDITORIUM.
Nominations for the awards will be unveiled on November 13.
It is not yet
clear whether Britney, who made the tabloids earlier this
week by allegedly having a Halloween blow-out at a nightclub in
Germany while on her European tour, will also be among
artists performing at the Awards ceremony.
