OOPS, I WON IT AGAIN
Will the teen sensation be awarding prizes to herself?...
BRITNEY SPEARS could be presenting awards to herself at January's AMERICAN MUSIC AWARDS - after being nominated in two categories.
Britney was recently confirmed as the host for the AMAs, due to take place on 8 January in Los Angeles, and has now received nominations for Best Female Singer and Best Album. Eminem has also received two nominations.
Meanwhile Spears' much-touted appearance in 'Buffy The Vampire Slayer' is on the ropes: one of the show's producers, Marti Noxon, tells TV Guide that negotiations broke down after scheduling difficulties. He adds that "We're still going to do the episode, we're just going to do it with someone else."
Britney's spokesperson insists that the singer will "probably do it one day", but confirms that current plans have fallen through.
