Brody Dalle is streaming her new single 'Parties For Prostitutes' online.

Click below to listen to the song, which is the second track to be taken from her solo album 'Diploid Love', which will be released on April 28. Speaking about the song to Rolling Stone, she commented: "It's a song about betrayal. It's a fuck you."

'Diploid Love' is Dalle's first album under her own name, following her 2009 album under the Spinnerette name and three albums as the frontwoman of punk band The Distillers, 2000's 'The Distillers', 'Sing Sing Death House' in 2002, and 'Coral Fang' in 2003.

'Diploid Love' was produced by Dalle and Alain Johannes (Arctic Monkeys, Them Crooked Vultures, Mark Lanegan) at his Los Angeles studio, as well as at Dalle and her husband Josh Homme's Pink Duck studio. Of co-producing, Dalle comments: "I've always had a hand in crafting how it's going to sound and hearing it and trying to make that happen. But it's the first time I've put my name on something for production."

The record features guest appearances from Garbage's Shirley Manson, The Strokes' Nick Valensi, Michael Shuman of Queens of the Stone Age and Emily Kokal of Warpaint amongst others. Dalle trailed the release of the album with the song 'Meet The Foetus/ Oh The Joy', which you can listen to by clicking here.

Brody Dalle plays a short UK tour around the release of the record.

Brody Dalle will play:

Glasgow Garage (April 21)
Manchester Academy 2 (22)
London Electric Ballroom (24)
Sheffield Leadmill (25)
Birmingham O2 Academy 2(26)
