Broken Social Scene man announces new album details

Broken Social Scene have announced the second release of the ‘Broken Social Scene Presents’ series, and this time it comes from Brendan Canning.

‘Something For All Of Us…’ follows last year’s ‘Kevin Drew’s Spirit If….’ , and was recorded and produced in Toronto by Canning along with Ryan Kondrat and John La Magna.

It features guest appearances by StarsAmy Milan, Metric’s James Shaw, Jason Collett, Land of Talk’s Liz Powell, and Broken Social Scene’s Kevin Drew, Justin Peroff, Andrew Whiteman, Ohad Benchetrit, among others.

The band intends on including tracks from the release in their live shows, several of which are scheduled for this summer’s US festivals.
