He'll also join Ricky Gervais for New York benefit

Bruce Springsteen’s support of Barack Obama is growing by the day as he continues to add shows to raise funds and awareness for the Democrat.

The latest shows to be added are a college show in Columbus, Ohio at the Ohio State University campus on Sunday (October 5) and at Eastern Michigan University on October 6.

As with his previously announced show in Philadelphia this Saturday, tickets are available through the official Obama website or through Campaign for Change offices in the cities in which he is playing.

As previously reported, Springsteen will also play a show to benefit Obama at Hammerstein Ballroom on October 16, where he will perform alongside Billy Joel and more.

Meanwhile, Springsteen is set to join Ricky Gervais for the second annual Stand Up for Heroes: A Benefit for the Bob Woodruff Foundation at Town Hall in New York City on November 5.

Whoopi Goldberg is among the guest auctioneers at the event, the proceeds of which will benefit the Bob Woodruff Foundation.
