Glastonbury sells out

Final few tickets went today

The final few tickets for this summer's Glastonbury Festival, which sees Bruce Springsteen appear as one of the headliners, sold out this morning in a matter of hours, organisers have told NME.COM.

The "last few thousand" cancelled tickets went back on sale at 9am and have now completely gone.

The sell-out for the big daddy of summer events is in contrast to last year when Glastonbury struggled to sell and only shifted the final tickets as the gates opened.

Glastonbury takes place from June 26-28 this summer.

Lily Allen, Fleet Foxes, Neil Young, a reunited Blur and Franz Ferdinand are amongst the other names announced for the Worthy Farm event.
