BUCKIN' GOOD!
The band say you can "fuck" and "party" to the new material...
BUCKCHERRY unveiled tunes from their forthcoming new album at low-key show in San Francisco on Wednesday (November 8).
"We're playing a lot of new shit tonight," frontman Joshua Todd told the crowd of around 300. "If you don't like it, fuck you."
Amongst the new tracks revealed, were 'Front Side Rider', 'Porno Star' and 'Underneath', and, according to www.mtv.com
the material reflects the band's trademark blend of punk, glam rock, and '70s and '80s metal they brought to the fore on their eponymous 1999 debut.
Todd also said of the new album that "You can fuck to it, and you can party to it, and that's it."
The record is provisionally slated for a late March release. Buckcherry continue to roadtest the new batch of tracks when they take their AC/DC/Guns 'N' Roses/Van Halen sound to four more Californian venues.
They play:
San Jose, CA, Cactus Club (November 10)
Santa Cruz, CA, Catalyst (11)
Sacramento, CA, Bojangles (12)
Los Angeles, CA, Whiskey A Go-Go (13)
