Busta Rhymes, Ja Rule, Lil' Wayne and Remy Ma in court
Four rappers appear in New York court on same day
Four famous rappers appeared in a New York court yesterday, each facing charges resulting from separate incidents.
Busta Rhymes, Ja Rule, Lil’ Wayne and Remy Ma were all facing charges at Manhattan Criminal Court yesterday, and each was given a new court date.
Busta Rhymes is in trouble for assault and drunk driving, Ja Rule appeared for carrying a handgun, as did Lil’ Wayne.
Meanwhile Remy Ma faced charges of assault and witness tampering after she allegedly shot an acquaintance in a dispute over money and then intimidated her, says the Associated Press.
The rapper has in the past recorded with Busta Rhymes and Lil’ Wayne, and yesterday said she considered all the rappers in court yesterday to be friends
