LO-FIS TO SEND BYRON TO 'SLEEP'?
The LO-FIDELITY ALLSTARS are planning to collaborate with former TEN CITY vocalist BYRON STINGILY, NME.COM can reveal.

The band are attempting to persuade Stingily to vocalise the track 'Sleeping Faster' for the forthcoming follow-up to their 1998 album, 'How To Operate With A Blown Mind'. The track has been mooted as the next single on Skint, and is described as a Detroit house-style track.

"The original version has the Lo-Fis on it, but they're trying to get Byron Stingily to sing on it now cos the mix is so Ten City," Damian Harris explained to www.muzikweekly.com.

Byron Stingily found fame in the late '80s with 'That's The Way Love Is', and had a string of solo hits in the late '90s. Currently in the production stages, Lo-Fidelity Allstars are expecting to release the album in early summer. 'Sleeping Faster' is set to appear on Muzik's Boutique Birthday Mix covermount CD next month in its instrumental form.
