Laptop is somewhere in Heathrow Terminal Five

Calvin Harris has lost an entire album's worth of new music after his laptop went missing at Heathrow Terminal Five.

Harris' laptop went missing at the airport after the solo artist was returning from the US.

A spokesperson for the label told BBC News that the laptop contained the only copies of Harris' forthcoming new album.

"He has lost the only copy of the new album," the spokesperson said. "It is a big cause for concern – months of work have gone into that."

The spokesperson revealed that Harris had been offered £750 componsation.

for a man who makes a living from electronic music...surely he should back it up?!?! brilliant, if only someone stole his laptop first time round and we would never have been subjected to his, i dont want to say shit, but tear inducing music.Ive never admired a thief so much in my life.

So at least some good has come out of this fiasco! We will be spared more dreary disco wank, at least for a while.

I can't believe that he has not got another copy or backups his work. If he treats his own work this carelessly then he derserves to lose it - lesson learned!

so wait... he/the label don't have any form of backup and he didn't think to have his laptop as hand luggage seeing as every other person knows about the heathrow terminal five issue... oh. dear.

Now, that'll teach him the biggest lession for not backing up his music files...Though "months of work have gone into that" sounds like an overstatement as his first album sounds like he only knocked that one up in a matter of days on the music program "Reason"...

every single 'dj' of the carpeted dancefloor in Bar Med and Yates Wine Lodge up and down the country will be heartbroken as im sure the next Calvin harris album would have guaranteed half the nights playlist after it had been played 4 times each.

I wonder what happened when the the guy who stole the laptop noticed that it was filled with Calvin Harris shit? Did he devise a cunning plan to sell the meterial or (more likely) think "What the hell is this bollocks on my new laptop?" and delete it immediately? I'm pretty sure that the laptop wasn't stolen. Calvin Haris is such an asshole that his shit music is probably located up his arse (where his head is half the time.)
