Calvin Harris has been announced as the second headliner of next summer's Wakestock festival.

The dance maestro, who is currently supporting Rihanna on her European arena tour, will headline the Welsh festival next July.

The event will run from July 6–8 in Cardigan Bay in Abersoch, north Wales next summer, with Ed Sheeran already confirmed as the headliner of the festival's final night (July 8).

Wakestock was headlined in 2011 by Biffy Clyro, Ellie Goulding and The Wombats. It also featured sets from The Cribs, Pulled Apart By Horses, Kelis, The Joy Formidable, Totally Enormous Extinct Dinosaurs, Kids In Glass Houses, Example, Little Comets and Wretch 32.
