Ash premiere new tracks at Camden Crawl Camden Crawl Tickets

Irish trio thrill the Electric Ballroom with hit laden set

Ash debuted three new tracks from their forthcoming album during a special headlining show at the Camden Crawl tonight (April 19).

The trio, who were playing the Camden Electric Ballroom in north London for their first time ever, performed a blistering 45-minute set in front of a packed audience as the first day of the 48-hour bash drew to a close.

Kicking off with mass cheers to hit single 'Burn Baby Burn', the band reeled off a host of hits from their back catalogue alongside new single 'You Can't Have It All', forthcoming album track 'Polaris' and the title track from their fifth studio album, 'Twilight Of The Innocents'.

The biggest cheers though were reserved for classic hit singles 'Oh Yeah' and 'Girl From Mars', which sparked mass sing-a-longs and crowd surfing among the sweaty audience.

Earlier, singer-song writer Laura Marling performed a powerful set at Dingwalls.

The 17-year-old songstress kicked off proceedings with four solo acoustic numbers including EP track 'Failing', before she was joined by the rest of her band for the remainder of her 35-minute set.

Over at the NW1 bar, Les Incompetents' new incarnation Ox.Eagle.Lion.Man attracted a huge crowd for their five-song set which saw the audience showered with balloons.
